National Sales Conference On Business Development Action Plan 2025

On the morning of October 4 and 5, 2024, USM Healthcare Medical Equipment Factory Joint Stock Company organized a National Sales Training Conference with the theme: “Building Your Business.” This is an important event in developing effective business strategies to enhance the company’s competitiveness in the medical equipment industry in Vietnam.

The conference had the direct participation of Sale Managers and employees from all branches throughout the country. The main goal was to develop a clear action plan for 2025 and evaluate business performance for 2024. Management and staff discussed growth strategies and explored new opportunities in the increasingly competitive medical equipment market.
